Dynamic Jito tip

We combined the Transaction Settings with the Real-time Jito Tip data.
To enable this feature, you need to toggle ON the Dynamic Jito tip switch.
When enabled, you will be able to:
Select your desired Jito Tip level that resonates with the Real-time Jito Tip data levels
Set a Max Jito Tip for both the Buy and Sell settings
If the real-time Jito tip level is lower than your Max Jito tip, Sniperoo will use the real-time Jito tip value. If the current value of your selected level of the real-time Jito tip surpasses your Max Jito tip amount, Sniperoo will use the Jito tip amount.
This feature is very valuable in periods of network congestion, such as during the TRUMP token launch.
