What are Sniperoo's fees?

We keep it simple with a flat 0.9% fee per transaction, making Sniperoo 10% cheaper than other Solana trading bots that typically charge 1%.

If you join through a referral link, you'll get an additional 5% discount, bringing your fee down to 0.85%.

How fast are Sniperoo's transactions?

Lightning fast - we complete auto-sell transactions in under 900ms from the moment of trigger to blockchain confirmation. The speed for manual transactions (buy or sell) is around below 2 seconds from the moment of your Buy button click to blockchain confirmation.

In the volatile memecoin market, this speed gives you a crucial edge.

What's the recommended slippage setting?

We set a default of 30% slippage, which works well for most memecoin trades.

However, you might want to adjust this based on market conditions. For highly volatile tokens or during peak trading times, you might need higher slippage.

Similarly, if you're trading with larger positions, you'll want to increase your slippage accordingly.

If you're seeing frequent transaction failures, consider bumping up the slippage.

Why do my transactions sometimes fail?

The most common issue is insufficient SOL for gas fees - always keep at least 0.005 SOL in your wallet for transactions.

The second most common reason for failed transactions is low slippage. This happens when the price moved more than your slippage tolerance during execution.

Third reason are low priority fees and Jito tip.

For the best success rate, ensure adequate SOL balance and adjust your slippage based on market conditions.

Wallet Management

How do I withdraw funds?

Withdrawing SOL is straightforward - just head to your Wallet page, click withdraw, and enter your destination address. For security, we recommend double-checking addresses and starting with a small test transaction.

How do I deposit funds?

You can deposit SOL to any of your wallets by visiting the Wallet page and clicking Deposit. You will then see your wallet address to which you can send funds.

As soon as the transaction is detected, the balance on your wallet will be updated.

Can I export my Sniperoo wallets?

Yes! To export your private key, go to the Wallets page and click Export. Never share your private key with anyone - including us.

Can I import my Phantom wallet to Sniperoo?

Yes, you can import any Solana wallet to Sniperoo by using the Import Wallet from Private Key button on the Wallets page. However, we do NOT recommend importing wallets that you use on other platforms and wallet providers, as these external actions can interfere with the automated actions on Sniperoo, resulting in failed transactions and unpredictable position performance.

Can I trade with multiple wallets inside Sniperoo?

Absolutely! We support unlimited wallets per account, perfect for organizing different trading strategies or managing risk levels. You can also select multiple wallets to buy the same token at the same time.

I accidentally sent USDC/USDT or other tokens to a Sniperoo wallet. How do I recover it?

Your assets are fine and safe, but you’ll have to export your sniperoo wallet to Phantom or any similar wallet provider to manually retrieve them.

How does Grid Auto-Sell work?

Grid Auto-Sell is our advanced profit-taking system that automates your exit strategy. Instead of watching charts 24/7, you can set multiple profit targets with different sell percentages. For example, you might sell 20% at 1.5x your entry, another 30% at 2x, and the rest at 3x. Each level can have its own trailing stop-loss, protecting your gains while letting winners run. The system executes automatically, so you never miss a profit target.

The token I bought rugged - what now?

Unfortunately, rugs are part of memecoin trading. While there's no way to completely avoid them, you can minimize risk by using multiple smaller positions instead of one large bet, monitoring token socials, and checking liquidity locks.

In some cases, the auto-sell system can catch the rug in advance and exit the position early, but this is not always a guarantee.
